Beth Winn is a Principal with AdvisorAssist responsible for internal operations and oversight, including Human Resources, Corporate Finance and Client Service.
Beth has 15+ years of experience in Human Resources with expertise in staffing from the non-exempt to executive level in numerous industries including: Financial Services, Technology, Finance, Consumer Goods, Manufacturing, Non-profit and Retail.
Prior to joining AdvisorAssist, Beth served as a recruiter for Revenue Solutions, Inc. (“RSI”) supporting their growing software and consulting practice. Prior to RSI, Beth was a recruiter for fortune 500 companies, including Gillette, The TJX Companies, and WR Grace. Beth has also supported non-profit entities such as The Museum of Science as well firms in the financial services industry including Linedata and American Student Assistance.
In addition to our internal operations, Beth is always available to share her expertise with our partner firms.
Beth is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts Amherst with a degree in Apparel Marketing. Beth began her career with Lord & Taylor in store management. After working there for 4 years at 3 different store locations managing various departments, she made the decision to change the direction of her career toward Human Resources. Beth obtained a Graduate Certificate in Human Resources from Suffolk University in 2001.
